NetNoted (operating as Netex Labs) provides premium digital services including website engineering, mobile application development, e-commerce storefront integration, UI/UX designing, and digital advertising campaign setup. The exact scope of deliverables is defined based on the selected package parameters or the requirements outlined in a mutually agreed project brief.
All projects require advance payments or milestone deposits as agreed upon prior to starting configuration. Work will officially commence only after payment clearance is confirmed. Final site launch, domain transfer, codebase handover, and server deployment will take place only after all outstanding invoices are fully settled.
A full refund will be issued only if the client requests cancellation in writing before any custom strategy, code scaffolding, or design work has started. Once project work has commenced, all payments are non-refundable. Digital advertising management fees and campaign setup retainers are non-refundable once strategy audits or campaign creations have initiated.
Estimated delivery timelines (usually 3–5 working days for template-based designs and 7–14 days for custom projects) are target schedules. Timelines depend heavily on the project's complexity and the timely submission of materials (copywriting, high-resolution logos, brand guidelines, API access tokens) by the client. Delays in providing materials, approvals, or replies will extend delivery schedules proportionately.
The client is responsible for providing accurate copywriting inputs, media assets, login credentials, and necessary access permissions required to complete the project. Any development delays or performance drops caused due to missing, late, or incorrect information are not the responsibility of NetNoted.
Revisions are strictly limited to the number specified in the selected pricing plan. Revisions cover modifications to layout, style, copy, or parameters within the boundaries of the original project scope. Additional revisions beyond plan limits or features requested outside of the initial charter will incur separate add-on charges.
While we apply industry-standard practices in search engine optimization (SEO), digital advertising optimization, and lead funnel designs, we do not guarantee specific keyword rankings, lead volumes, sales conversions, or exact revenue increases. Digital marketing outcomes depend on search engine algorithms, platform policy changes, ad auction competition, and market factors.
NetNoted integrates third-party tools, APIs, hosting servers, payment gateways (such as Razorpay or PhonePe), and database engines. We are not responsible or liable for transaction failures, service disruptions, technical policy updates, or performance issues arising from these third-party platforms.
Upon final milestone clearance and payment in full, the exclusive codebase files, custom graphics, and layout assets developed specifically for the client become the client's intellectual property. NetNoted reserves the right to showcase the completed website, screenshots, and live links in our public portfolio for promotional purposes, unless restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
NetNoted shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including server downtime, loss of profits, data leaks, or transactional issues) arising out of the use of our services. Our maximum liability under any circumstances is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service under dispute.
To ensure quick response times and recorded threads, project communication, reviews, and support updates are primarily conducted via WhatsApp and official email channels. By purchasing our services, you consent to communicate through WhatsApp for regular project handovers and updates.
NetNoted reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, retaining any deposits paid, if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or unprofessional behavior, requests illegal integrations, or repeatedly violates the agreements outlined in these terms.
These Terms of Service and all project contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or actions shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bihar, India.
